Exchange Policy for Defective Products

Thermal Master Canada stands behind the quality of our products. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for product exchanges.
Exchange Policy
All sales are final. We do not offer returns or refunds. However, if you receive a product that is defective or has a manufacturing fault, we will exchange it for the same product at no additional cost.
Eligibility for Exchange
To be eligible for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must have a verified manufacturing defect or fault
- The defect must not be caused by misuse, abuse, accidental damage, or unauthorized modifications
- Valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided
- The product must have been purchased directly from Thermal Master Canada
How to Request an Exchange
If you believe your product is defective, please contact our customer support team with the following information:
- Your order number and purchase date
- A detailed description of the defect
- Clear photos or videos showing the issue
Our team will review your request and respond within 1–3 business days. If the defect is confirmed, we will provide instructions for returning the defective product and arrange a replacement.
Shipping for Defective Product Exchanges
For confirmed defective products, Thermal Master Canada will cover the return shipping costs and ship the replacement product to you at no charge.
Non-Exchangeable Situations
Exchanges will not be provided in the following cases:
- Products purchased from third-party retailers or distributors
- Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized modifications
- Compatibility issues — please review product specifications carefully before purchasing
- Normal wear and tear
- Products without valid proof of purchase
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before shipment. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Contact us immediately if you need to cancel an order.
Warranty Coverage
Products are covered by the manufacturer warranty as specified in the product documentation. Warranty claims are subject to the manufacturer’s terms and conditions.
Governing Law
This policy is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, and the Consumer Protection Act, 2002. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable consumer protection legislation.

We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
